We have two broad categories of trainer at the gym
Fighting Fit Brand Personal Trainers
Our internal Fighting Fit branded PTs are highly trained in delivering sessions to our brand standard, they have come from an authentic boxing background or have extensively been trained so they can deliver fun dynamic boxing sessions. These trainers are suitable for either boxing based training sessions or highly functional weights/conditioning sessions. All bookings for employed PTs is run through Fighting Fit City Gym Front of House Team.

Personal Training via Direct Debit
Personal Training via Direct Debit gives you the slot you desire for the results you deserve. As our PT's get busy it is a peace of mind way to book out your desired training time

Terms and Conditions of Personal Training
- All Payments are non-refundable. All sessions must be used within 3 months of pur-chase. If sessions are not used within this time due to inactivity, sessions will not be refunded and deemed void.- Notification of cancelled appointments must be made in excess of 24 hours in advance of the session time. Failure to do so will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the full price of the session and/or loss of that session from your course (early morning clients-this applies to the night before)
- Any cancelled one of sessions cancelled in excess of 24 hours, must be booked within 7 days of the cancelled session.
- Emergency cancellations will be treated at the discretion of the 'Fighting Fit City Gym' Management.
- The session will be deemed to have started at the pre-arranged session time. Any lost time due to late arrival will not be made up at the end of the session.
- All sessions must be paid for prior to booking.
- In case of the personal trainer's absence, the session will be covered by one of our other trainers. If we are unable to cover that session we will rearrange it in excess of 24hours prior.
Personal Training on Direct Debit
- Sessions are booked at a set time (e.g. Mon and Thu 7pm)- Any session re-scheduling must be carried out a minimum of 24 hours before the ses-sion start time. In the event of you being unable to attend your regular session slot we will attempt to re-schedule your session depending on the trainers' and your availability but do not guarantee your session
- Re-scheduled sessions must be booked within 7days (either prior or post) session time
- When sessions fall on a bank holiday we will schedule you an alternative session time within (either prior or after) seven days of the session date. If we are unable to re-schedule your session at a time that suits both the client and the trainer we will refund the value of the session.
- All PT direct debits are based on a 4 week month and a 48 week year.
- Due to the week been based on a 48 week year, your receive 4 'FREE' weeks PT a year. You therefore pay for sessions even if you are unable to attend, due to holiday, illness or leave.
Freelance PTs
Many of our freelance PTs have delivered through our PT system but are now entirely freelance. All sessions and price delivery is to be booked direct with that PT.Paul Gough

Body Transformation
The body transformation packages offer a great way to get to your goals quickly. The ideal Bridal boot camp, way to get in shape for holiday or looking your best for a special occassion
We offer bespoke programmes that include a rigerous training regime, a strict nutrition and supplement plan. These typically last anywhere from 3 to 12 weeks and consist of between 2 to 6 sessions per week depending on your goals.
Diet Design
We tailor diet designs and calorie intake to match your activity and talk you through your bespoke nutrition plan.
Training Time
Training sessions are implemented by our senior trainers who will push you through your high intensity sessions. They match your training to your body transforming goals
