We have created a new, unique quality approach to the traditional boxing gym. We understand that our members expect first class training, nutritional advice and boxing training overseen by experienced boxers and highly skilled Personal Trainers.

We are different from the faceless gym chains and offer a range of activities including Boxing Training, MMA Training, Classes and Circuit Training. We promise to give you every benefit that boxing and our club community can provide, without you ever feeling pressured to lace up and box. However, if you want to, we deliver that too, in a highly controlled and motivating environment. We have made the ultimate workout accessible to all.

We have a fully stocked gym shop located in Birmingham City Center selling supplements and boxing equipment. Adidas, Lonsdale and Geezers Boxing gear along with BSN, USN, Solgar and Reflex Nutrition can be purchases at our Birmingham City Centre Gym Boxing and Supplements Shop.

If the hustle and bustle of our City Centre Gym isn't for you, we have the option of training with one our specialist Home Trainers. Our Home Personal Trainers operate throughout the Birmingham area but are active in Harborne, Edgbaston and the Solihull borough and specialise in bringing fitness to your door step. Home Personal Training with our Birmingham based trainers is the answer for weight loss and improved body tone.
