Christmas Sparring

Due to a drop off in number we have reduced the White Collar Fight squad sessions in December to week nights only. All sparring sessions including Beginners Technical Sparring sessions will end as of Thursday 15th December. We will then have a 3-week break before resuming sparring sessions again on Monday 9th January. Throughout January the following times will be available for sparring sessions, we are re-introducing the Saturday Fight Squad sessions in February.
