GROUP TRAINING
At Fighting Fit City Gym we run a variety of authentic combat orientated classes. There are two types of person that would benefit from authentic combat training.
One type is the person that wants to train purely for health and fitness reasons. The "fitness boxer" like's learning authentic combat skills and embracing the sport for it's numerous fitness benefits, including weight loss, body toning and improved confidence.
The other option for people partaking in combat training is to progress their skills into sparring, potentially with the aim of progressing them onto a White Collar Boxing Show? The starting point for this is Beginners Technical Sparring, where defensive basics can be taught and mastered before we progress you onto 'Fight Squad' where things step up to the next level.
One of the many advantages with this boxing club is that we promote a very easy going, friendly atmosphere for the total beginner to walk into.
