Private Group Boxing Session
Located in the heart of the city, just off St Pauls Square we are ideally located for Corporate Squad sessions or Private Group Sessions. We can cater for 4-16 people in a private group for your own private boxing class! We can tailor the session to include high intensity circuits, boxing work or sparring depending on your requirements. This session will last from 45-60 minutes and is ideal for team building, extra fitness or just something different and fun!Basic Package - Includes full hour of training, two instructors and exclusive use of class area - £100 for one session/£400 for 5 session block.

Fitness/ Team Building
We currently are linked to endurance/ team events in 2013. The Wolf Run, Tough Guy and Mud Runner, all are outdoor events that we currently have several teams from Fighting Fit City Gym entering in. To support this we are offering a four-week training camp in the build up to both events, with four weekend (Saturday or Sunday) outdoor training sessions to build endurance, fitness and team camaraderie. These sessions are delivered by elite trainer Neil Perkins and MA Sheen's Keith Sheen, a Royal Marine Commando of 13 years experience!The Wolf Run, Saturday 6th April 2013

Run?
The Wolf Run is Wild Running - a unique combination of three kinds of off-road running: mud runs, trail runs and obstacle runs. The only Wild Run in the UK, it's a hardcore 10k run across raw natural terrain, including open ground, woodland, lakes & thick mud
Running in a pack, or as a lone wolf, you'll tackle a series of tough obstacles - both man-made and natural - designed to test your mental & physical strength, skill and stamina. You'll run, climb, jump, wade, crawl and swim through a course designed to challenge you on every level.
Wolf Run Team Training
We are running a 4-week training camp to prepare people for the Wolf Run. Utilising the skills of Elite Trainer Neil Perkins and MA Sheen's Ex Royal Marine Commando Keith Sheen we will be preparing with four Saturday training camps at 10 am. The four outdoor sessions are designed to prepare people for the demands of the Wolf Run, combined with regular physical exercise, we are sure that these session's will prove invaluable at ensuring the best possible Wolf Run times! These sessions are designed to be to build endurance and team camaraderie.
We are charging £76 for Fighting Fit Entry to Wolf Run, £46 for the Wolf Run and £30 for the wolf run training sessions. This is based per person.

Tough Guy Nettle Warrior, Sunday July 28th 2013
Tough Guy nettle warrior is an adaptation of the gruelling winter tough guy event. The major difference is that there is an extra lap! The ice ordeal is replaced with 7ft high nettles the course has rest of the course including underwater cavern, treacle mine swamp and log nose push is repeated twice! We are entering teams from fighting fit in the following categories
Nettle Warrior Original 19km/ Elite - we are looking for a team of 8 or more mixed (male and female). The cost of participation is £49
Nettle Warrior Social 8k/ Social Level - we are looking for a team of 8 or more mixed (male and female). The cost of participation is £42
Tough Guy Training
We are running a 4-week training camp to prepare people for the Tough Guy Nettle Warrior. Utilising the skills of Elite Trainer Neil Perkins and MA Sheen's Ex Royal Marine Commando Keith Sheen we will be preparing with four Sunday training camps at 10 am. The four outdoor sessions are designed to prepare people for the demands of the Tough Guy, combined with regular physical exercise, we are sure that these session's will prove invaluable at ensuring the best possible times! These sessions are designed to be to build endurance and team camaraderie.
We are charging £79/ £73 for entry and training into Tough Guy £49/£43 for Tough Guy and £30 for the four training sessions. This is based per person

Mud Runner Team Training
