GROUP TRAINING

At Fighting Fit City Gym we run a variety of authentic boxing orientated classes. There are two types of person that would benefit from authentic boxing training.

One type is the person that wants to train purely for health and fitness reasons. The "fitness boxer" like's learning authentic boxing skills and embracing the sport for it's numerous fitness benefits, including weight loss, body toning and improved confidence.

The other type is the person that has aspirations to actually box on a competitive basis. This type should include beginners and experienced boxers alike. They should look to gain fitness through the fitness boxing classes, basic skills in technique classes then progress on to the white collar boxing sessions.

One of the many advantages with this boxing club is that we promote a very easy going, friendly atmosphere for the total beginner to walk into.

Monday to Thursday 0700 - 2100
Friday 0700 - 2000
Saturday 1000 - 1400
Sunday 1000 - 1600
