About our classes

Classes are designed for our clients. They are effective, fun and functional. We show you how to utilise traditional methods evolved over generations in the boxing gym for variety and effectiveness in your workout, we are not talking step or Pilates here!

Try our blood shunting boxing interval sessions for the ultimate CV workout, bag blasts with circuits for a complete body workout or a conventional boxing circuit integrating traditional old skool drills with modern functional training for top results.

Classes

Boxing Squad - A sesison to suit all levels from beginner to advance boxer. Two Instructors run this premier class and incorperate 1 round of pads, numerous bags and pads and old skool drills for complete boxing development.

Extreme Intervals with Core Conditioning - An intense blood shunting class. 3 minute rounds, completed circuit format, mixing up punching stations with lower body and abdominal exercises for an all over body workout.

Bag Blasts with Circuits - A traditional boxers training routine, mixing up skipping, shadow boxing and bag work. Followed by a traditional callisthenics circuit.

MMA Circuits - 5 minute rounds of kettle bell, TRX bands, power bags and MMA conditioning drills.

Thai Boxing - Our very own professional MMA fighter Tom Breese shows you how he first trained for combat sport with Thai Boxing. Kicks, punches, elbows and knees are used for an alternative workout.
