About our classes

Classes are designed for our clients. They are effective, fun and functional. We show you how to utilise traditional methods evolved over generations in the boxing gym for variety and effectiveness in your workout, we are not talking step or Pilates here!

Try our blood shunting boxing interval sessions for the ultimate CV workout, bag blasts with circuits for a complete body workout or a conventional boxing circuit integrating traditional old skool drills with modern functional training for top results.

Fitness Boxing Classes

Extreme Intervals with Core Conditioning - An intense blood shunting class. 3 minute rounds, completed circuit format, mixing up punching stations with lower body and abdominal exercises for an all over body workout.

Bag Blasts with Circuits - A traditional boxers training routine, mixing up skipping, shadow boxing and bag work. Followed by a traditional callisthenics circuit.

Bag Bursts with Endurance Skip - A fast pace class consisting of short busts of activity followed by a minimal recovery, this is followed by a long endurance skip to get the heart rate up.

Pure Technique - Learn the art of boxing at a slow controlled pace. Working purely on developing fundamental techniques, a must for the raw novice through to the experienced boxer.

Circuits - A conventional old school circuits class. Mixing in body weight exercise with steps, barbells and dumbbells for a complete workout.

Ground n' Pound and Stand Up - Derived straight from the conditioning drills used by MMA fighters. 5 minute rounds integrating stand up striking, including knees, kicks and elbows with conditioning exercise and everyone favourite the ground and pound.

Killer Core - A half hour intense ab and core workout. Stabilisation drills for the inner core muscles combined with traditional crunching exercises to sculpt the outer abdominal muscles.

Thai Boxing - Traditional Thai Boxing delivered in a high intensity fashion. Power round house, elbows, knees and punches for those of you with a few anger issues!

Flex and Kick - Fitness Kickboxing at it's best, front-kick, side-kick and backfist your way to fitness in this energetic Kickboxing session.
