We have created a new, unique quality approach to the traditional boxing gym. We understand that our members expect first class training, nutritional advice and boxing training overseen by experienced boxers and highly skilled Personal Trainers.

We are different from the faceless gym chains and offer a range of activities including Boxing Training, MMA Training, Classes and Circuit Training. We promise to give you every benefit that boxing and our club community can provide, without you ever feeling pressured to lace up and box. Our classes are second to none and provide a first class authentic workout for both fitness and weight loss.
